Cancellation and Return of Unwanted Items
You have the right (provided that the goods have not been used) to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods (see below).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post or email, at the address or email addresses shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Alternatively, please contact our Stoves Shop Team on 0845 408 0050
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, although we recognise that you may wish to unpack the goods and look at them, the goods must be returned to us at your own cost in an unused condition and in the original packaging to protect the product during transit.
You will be provided a Returns Authorisation Number which must be placed on the item such that it is clearly visible without defacing or damaging the item or its packaging. Items will only be accepted for return with the Returns Authorisation Number fitted as required.
We will refund or re-credit you within 14 days of receiving the returned items for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods and initial delivery charge. Please note that credit may be refused if, upon inspection, the goods are found to be used or damaged.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
In the event of goods found to be damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect please call the Stoves Shop Team on 0845 408 0050 as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund. A freepost Returns Authorisation Number label will be sent to you so the goods can be returned free of charge.
Please note, Stoves do not accept responsibility for goods returned without relevant Returns Authorisation Number.
Free products offered as part of a promotion cannot be exchanged for another item nor do they have a cash equivalent. Free products must also be returned with any returned goods before a refund is issued.
